Our Mission

Our mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment for kids and their families to thrive— utilizing creative and research based interventions for families to process difficult emotions, and strengthen their abilities to self-regulate and reconnect.

Our Services

  • We utilize creative interventions to make sessions a fun and nurturing environment for your child! We enjoy utilizing play therapy and art interventions to support your child in identifying/understanding their emotions, learn tools to communicate their emotions appropriately, and learn coping skills to self-regulate.

    Specialities: Divorce, anxiety, behavioral difficulties, self-esteem

  • We have a passion in supporting adolescents in increasing their self-esteem, and reconnecting them with their families. We provide a safe, and nurturing environment for your teen to explore their emotions, increase self-awareness, and gain tools to better be able to self-regulate, and communicate with their families. We frequently utilize art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy informed interventions, and mindfulness in my sessions with teens.

    Specialities: Anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self harm,  self esteem

  • Tasha is a certified Bringing Baby Home Educator and has a passion for working with expecting parents to support them in feeling confident and prepared for the transition to parenthood.

  • Navigating parenthood can be difficult. We are here to support you and the caregivers in your child’s life to create a cohesive and individualized plan to help your child achieve their goals emotionally, socially and academically.
