My Brain is a RaceCar gives children an accessible way to understand common traits of a neurodivergent brain without relying on complicated terminology. Using the idea of a fast-moving racecar, it introduces self-regulation strategies while encouraging children and caregivers to talk openly about what makes their individual brains unique and what helps them feel supported.
